The original intention was to try to do Roger Freedmans Babies Breath. Should have read the destructions first!! I haven't got a clue what Mignonette Tatting is, and I can't Needle tat either!! So after round two I did me own thing Man. The original was in a variagated pink, and called babies breath. I didn't have any so used this, Decided on second thoughts not to call it frogs breath, on the grounds thaty if I had used brown it would have to be called dogs breath.
It is the size of a sheet of A4.

Let me be the first to congratulate you BoB! A good effort considering you went off on your own tangent! Your profile says you have cats and dogs. I can see the evidence on the pink background!!! HeHeHe

Really good 'free-style' finish, Bob. And the work isn't bad either! LOL
'splain to me what A4 size is? I see things mentioned that way often, and am in the dark.
Have a good Holiday and me best to your Heather.
How long did it take you to work this up?
Best Wishes, Beverly

I didn't know you are from Wales. I was in your country about eight or nine years ago and I so fell in love that I want to go back in the worst way. I think I am going to make that a goal of mine to get back to the UK and to Ireland again. The last time I was on your side of big pond I was there for almost a month in the month of June. I would love to go back in September I think when all the pretty heather is in bloom. That should make for some very pretty scenic pictures for memories.

Bob, I think you did a good job on the doily and I must say I love your sense of humour.

Love the way you "did your own thing" here! A beautiful piece of tatting and your sense of humor gave me a very much needed laugh for today .... Thanks!

Clearly a new designer in the making! I like it and like your other designs too. Just printed off the snowflake.

As I have been tagged and had to tag three others I thought it was an ideal oportunity to learn more about you, BoB.
Here's the rules:1. Link to your tagger and post these rules.2. Share 7 facts about yourself: some random, some weird.3. Tag 3 people at the end of your post and list their names (linking to them).4. Let them know they’ve been tagged by leaving a comment at their blogs

The funny thing is, Bob, your doily reminds me of the plant 'Baby's breath.' It's this delicate green with tiny white flowers.
